Mysterious Fragments are brick like pieces used to craft artifacts in the Museum
The museum generate it slowly with time and it has an amount it could store (which depends on the level of the museum) before its been collected. Mysterious Fragments are also earned from winning battles.
NOTE: Just like Rubies and National Trade Goods, Mysterious Fragments cannot be stolen during an attack
