“Laws are forged in these halls. Parliament's laws will affect your alliance mates and town in many ways.”

Parliament is a Defensive Building used to research Laws together with your alliance members.

Levels[]

General Information[]

Parliament allows you to contribute to Law research donations from each alliance member, contribute to completion of a Law. The Law gives benefits to all members in the alliance. The higher level Parliament the higher chance of greater multipliers.

  • The Parliament is a 4x4 building
  • After making your 15 research donations per day; the cost per research changes to crowns until it resets the next day
  • Your research donations can be applied to any law; the value (cost) you see is the same for them all. And the value is for you only; as it increases with each donation for the day
  • After your 15th donation; the cost changes to crowns; which goes from 5,10,25,50,100,200 and remains at 200 after. You never have to spend crowns; simply stop at 15 and wait until it resets the next day
  • The research donation values and costs reset per day per player; so each alliance member sees a different time of reset depending on their time zone. This resets the same time the VIP resets; which is at 00:00 UTC
  • Resources contributed to the Parliament stay with the alliance; and do not travel when leaving and joining a different alliance
  • The Parliament is fully functional while it is upgrading; in other words, you can make donations while it is upgrading
  • Despite Parliament being classified as a defensive building, there are certain factors that negate the building counting towards the 'All Defensive Buildings Destroyed' Bonus, depends on the laws researched and if the said player is in an alliance. Likely a bug
  • Defensive targeting troops will attack Parliament regardless of it having zero defensive capabilities
  • The first wave of Heavy Infantry produced by the Parliament take 7 seconds. The waves after that take 23 seconds.

    • Average expected points gained, per day, by a player after doing 15 donations; ranges from 15-300 (with Legal Contributions Level 10 up to 330), depending on luck (multipliers) expected points gained without Legal Contributions(Ally Relations) and without Orders of Council, in brackets:
  • (1) with Legal Contributions Level 10 but without Orders of Council,
  • (2) without legal contribution but with Order of Council level 5
  • (3) with Legal Contributions Level 10 and with Orders of Council level 5


Cost per Research Donation (per day)[]

Cost per research donation depends on two main factors:

  • Player's Age: the costs are higher for higher ages (e.g., cost more for a Digital Age player than for a Gunpowder Age player)
  • Which donation: donation costs increase; meaning, a player can make 15 donations per day and each donation is higher than the other. Donation #16 and beyond are crowns

Each age has a base cost, for example Gunpowder base cost is 8,000 or Industrial Age base cost is 14,000. This base cost is cost for Donation #1, then following Donations costs increase according; where cost is calculated as (base x cost multiplier).
