General Information

• VIP Overview: The VIP system grants leaders powerful boosts and access to unique features such as the VIP Store and the VIP Troop Retrain. Purchase or earn VIP Points in order to increase your Level and Rewards.
• Earning VIP Points: VIP Points determine your Level in the VIP system. Your VIP Level grants buffs and, at certain levels, game-changing boosts.
• General Björn Ironside: Players who reach VIP Level 1 unlock the exclusive General Björn Ironside! This Viking general is an expert raider who retrains faster than normal and earns extra National Trade Goods in battle. Level up General Ironside by using his special Ironside Manuals, available in the VIP Store!
• Troop Retrain: At VIP Level 3, leaders unlock a free Troop Retrain. Once per day, a leader can completely retrain an army loadout, instantly and for free! This daily retrain resets each day at 19:00 UTC. Video Retrain is still available and can be accessed after using the VIP Retrain.

• Priority Access to Customer Support: Eligible players will have access to VIP customer service; including priority response times from our top agents. Eligible players are those at or above VIP Level 12 and remain in continued compliance with our Terms of Service.

• Store: The VIP Store unlocks at VIP Level 1. This store presents leaders with special offers for items such as Speed Ups, Troop Tactics, and General Ironside’s Manuals! The higher your VIP Level, the more offers you can access in the Store.

• Store Restock: The VIP Store resets every day at 19:00 UTC. When the Store resets, a new selection of offers will be available. Be sure to check the Store often--some offers are very valuable!
